HappysnailDIY Refund & Return Policy
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
1. Digital Products & Online Training
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products and online training courses are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the course has been started. We encourage you to review the product description carefully before purchasing.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Leather Products
Our leather products are custom-made to the specific measurements provided at the time of order.
Measurement Accuracy: Because these items are tailored specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to customer measuring errors. We provide detailed measuring guides and encourage you to double-check all dimensions before finalizing your order.
Defects: If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the measurements you provided, please contact us within 7 days for a repair or replacement.
3. Workshop Cancellations & Rescheduling
Unscheduled Bookings: Open-dated workshop bookings must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase. Unscheduled bookings after this period are considered expired and non-refundable.
Cancellations (14+ Days Notice): You may cancel and receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost if you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations (Within 14 Days): Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, but we will offer alternative dates for rescheduling.
Last Minute (Within 24 Hours): For cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the start date, we offer a one-time rescheduling at a 50% discounted rate.
Cancellations by HappysnailDIY: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop, you will be notified immediately and offered your choice of a full refund or an alternative date. HappysnailDIY is not liable for external costs such as travel or accommodation.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for eligible physical items, please contact us at support@happysnaildiy.com. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible.
