1. Digital Products (Patterns & Courses)

• Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free)

• Delivery Method: Instant Download.

• Timeline: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email with a secure download link. You can access your files immediately and indefinitely via this link.

2. Physical Products (Custom Leather Kits)

All our physical kits are produced and shipped from our studio in Singapore.

• Order Handling Time: 4–8 weeks (1–2 months). This includes the time needed to custom-cut and prepare your leather kit to your specific measurements.

• Transit Time: 14–30 business days (Standard International Shipping).

• Total Delivery Estimate: Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship to most international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched for countries where tracking services are supported.

• Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier confirms an order has been delivered to the address provided, the order is considered fulfilled. We recommend shipping to a secure location or business address to ensure safe receipt.
